i did everything as you guys told, but it doesnt work!
i use Owebia Shipping module, no free shipping option display when customer checkout!

looks like my issue is more than just shipping estimate but it doesn’t even work. I got it configured for simple product but it dont’ see free shipping anywhere on the frontend. I’ve also made sure I applied in the rule withe the SKU.

I tried this. Got it all up and running, but the free shipping doesn’t show up on the cart. customer still gets charged shipping

Please advise.
